Career
Tyrone has led and directed BlueBox Entertainment (“BBE”) to a series of notable successes producing some of today’s hottest artists, including Chris Tucker, Larenz Tate, Ralph Fiennes, in the Transparent Series starring Noel Jones. Under Ty’s stewardship, BBE NYC has quickly become one of New York City’s go-to production houses for quality, innovative productions of music, film, and video. Under his direction, BBE has produced numerous mastered sounds, quality recordings and video productions all of which are in high demand in this competitive market. He has produced Gold and Platinum RIAA Certified recording projects helping Faith Evans and Freddie Jackson as well as other artists such as Raven symoné, Millie Jackson, LaShun Pace, and Smooth B and many others.
As producer of SliceTV featuring Tony DeMartino, the pilot episode of “Thug Life” featured renowned musical entertainers including Ludacris, Bone Crusher, Killer Mike, Nitti, T-pain, Yolla, and David Banner.
The release entitled “Hey” for renowned gospel extraordinaire LaShun Pace was selected by Kellogg’s as Song of the Year and nominated for a Soul Train Music Awards. This collaboration has created “TZ ON TOUR,” the Supermodel Search contest. Set to start the summer of 2024 the tour has thousands of models of all sizes who have signed up for this new era in the world of fashion. Find their niche and ride it all the way home.” Additionally, Tyrone has been featured in 14 TV commercials as the principal actor advertising and promoting such products as 7-Up with Sugar Ray Leonard, ChapStick with Dr J, Cheetos, Chips Ahoy!, Pringles Potato Chip, and Bounty Paper Towel. He also auditioned for the character Theo, on the Cosby Show prior to launching full-time into the music industry.
